- PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can only be made through the Website by credit card and PayPal. Purchases will only be valid once they have been processed and it is verified that we have the requested item in inventory and that the bank entity confirms that your payment is successful. Once we have verified payment, we will proceed to accept or reject the order, in whole or in part, in our sole discretion. In the case of rejection, or partial rejection, of the order, the purchase price for all rejected items will be refunded. To the extent accepted, we will carry out the steps to ship and deliver the merchandise purchased. All applicable taxes will be added to your order and payable by you.
Shipping of all orders will be carried out through US Postal Service or similar service. The shipping schedule is determined depending on the area where the user has requested to send the purchase; and the shipping company's shipping schedules. Company is not responsible for the shipping company's delivery schedule. We will attempt to deliver all purchased items that are in stock to the shipping company within one business day after the order is placed . The products for each accepted order will be delivered to the address requested by you in your order. Shipping terms and conditions may vary depending on the shipping company, however, it is understood that anyone who is at the address where the delivery should take place, is duly authorized by you to receive the order, and therefore, the delivery to any person at the identified address shall be deemed valid and both Company as well as shipping company will have complied with the obligations upon delivery to any person at such address. Company is not liable for the merchandise and is not obliged to be liable for the damages and total or partial loss of the product once it leaves Company's control and is delivered to the shipping company. Thereafter, Company has no liability for the merchandise’s losses, damages, deterioration, theft or robbery. In case the merchandise is lost or misplaced during shipping, you are subject to the policies of the shipping company for such lost or misplaced products. No purchased merchandise will be shipped on Saturdays or Sundays, or legal holidays.
- NO RESALE PROHIBITION
You agree not to resell any items purchased through or using the Website under any circumstance. These types of activities will be investigated by Company, which takes the protection and enforcement of unauthorized distribution of its products seriously.
- LIMITS ON PURCHASES
In an effort to enhance your shopping experience and give as many customers as possible the opportunity to purchase our merchandise, we may place limits on purchases and we do not authorize the purchase of commercial quantities of our merchandise. We also may, among other things, restrict orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit, cancel or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed in violation of this policy. We further reserve the right to cease doing business with customers who violate this policy. We may modify this policy at any time without prior notice. This policy applies to all purchases of Company's merchandise.
- SALES TAX
Sales tax may be applicable on orders shipped to addresses in certain states; certain counties and cities within each of these states may also levy an additional sales tax. These taxes will be applicable to your order and will be automatically calculated and added to your total during checkout. You will receive full details of all the applicable taxes and notification of the total amount before you finalize your online order. State laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of your order. Because charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.
- RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Permitted returns and exchanges of merchandise are accepted provided that they are received within 15 day of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment. You must ship the products to Company in their original packaging and condition. We cannot accept returns or exchanges that are not in the original “new” condition and packaging complete with all instructions and contents of original packaging. No refunds will be given for any items that have been worn or used. Please fill out the return section of the invoice completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or model, as long as it is proven that the object has not been used. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion of the invoice.
