Refund policy

Returns & exchanges — Andrea Gomez website orders

For normal (non-final-sale) website orders, you have 30 days from the day you receive your shoes to start a return or size exchange.

There is no online return portal. You do not need to request a return on the website.

U.S. orders include a prepaid return label in the package. Pack the unworn shoes in the original box (include the return form if present), attach the prepaid label, and drop the package with the carrier.

Canada and Colombia orders don’t include a prepaid return label, so return shipping is at your cost. Pack the shoes the same way, send them to the return address below with a tracked shipping service, and email contact@andrea-gomez.com with your order number so we know it’s coming.

Size exchanges are welcome for website orders. Send the original pair back the same way as a return (U.S. orders use the prepaid label). On U.S. orders, we also ship the exchange pair to you free.

After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund is usually processed the next business day to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Website order questions: email contact@andrea-gomez.com with your order number.

Return address: Andrea Gomez Returns Department, 45 Engerman, Suite G, Denton, MD 21629

Retailer purchases (Nordstrom, Moda Operandi, and other stores): please contact the retailer that sold you the shoes — they handle their own returns.

Final sale: Items marked final sale at checkout or on the product are not eligible for return or exchange. Black Friday and similar promotions are normal sales (same 30-days-from-delivery return window) unless an item or promotion is specifically marked final sale.

Private Sale Purchases: Private sale purchases can't be refunded. Within 14 days of delivery, you can exchange them for another size (subject to availability) or for store credit, which never expires. If your new size is sold out, we'll issue store credit instead. Defects are always covered.
