Shipping policy

Andrea Gomez website orders include Free U.S. Shipping & Returns, as shown on our website banner.

We ship website orders within the United States. Shipping timelines for your order are confirmed when your shoes leave our warehouse. If you need a status update, email contact@andrea-gomez.com with your order number.

Returns: There is no online return portal. A prepaid return label is already in your package. For normal (non-final-sale) website orders, you have 30 days from the day you receive your shoes. Full details: see our Refund policy and FAQ.

Size exchanges: We cover the prepaid return label (customer → warehouse). You pay shipping for the exchange pair outbound (warehouse → you).
